Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Every original painting is created by hand with care, intention, and attention to detail. The following terms are intended to provide a smooth purchasing experience for both you and me.
Original Artwork
Unless otherwise noted, all artwork available through this website is an original, one-of-a-kind painting created by Fawn Larié.
Each original painting is signed and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
Limited edition prints may be offered in the future. Any limited editions will be clearly identified with their edition size, numbering, and accompanying details.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice until a purchase has been completed.
Introductory or promotional pricing may be offered during select exhibitions or special events and may change after those events conclude.

Artwork on Exhibit.
Artwork purchased while on exhibition will remain on display until the exhibition has ended.
Payment reserves the artwork, and pickup or complimentary local delivery will be arranged once the exhibition concludes.
Delivery
Complimentary local delivery is available within South Orange County, California. Pickup is also available by appointment.
A Delivery Receipt will be provided at the time of pickup or delivery.
Shipping is not currently available.
If artwork is damaged prior to delivery or pickup, the buyer will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or another mutually agreed-upon solution.
Artwork Inspection
For local delivery or pickup, buyers are encouraged to inspect the artwork upon receipt.
A Delivery Receipt will be provided at the time of pickup or delivery. The buyer will receive a copy after it has been completed for their records.
Returns & Refunds
Because each original painting is one of a kind, all sales are final.
Please review all artwork images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, I’m always happy to help before your purchase.
Copyright & Usage
The purchase of an original painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. All copyrights, reproduction rights, publishing rights, licensing rights, and intellectual property remain exclusively with Fawn Larié.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, photographed for commercial use, printed, or used in advertising or merchandise without prior written permission.
Fawn Larié reserves the right to photograph and display sold artwork for portfolios, exhibitions, social media, website galleries, promotional materials, and future publications.

Every effort is made to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, artwork availability, pricing, descriptions, and other content may change without notice, and occasional errors may occur.
Any personal information you provide is used only to process purchases, communicate regarding your order, or provide customer service. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments or comply with applicable law.
Color Accuracy
Every effort is made to accurately represent each painting through photography. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, mobile device, or screen settings.
